Stripped by Floris Wubben is Made From a Single Branch

There is something especially organic-looking about Stripped by Floris Wubben, a Dutch industrial designer. A stunning floor lamp, it brings a touch of nature into the home by way of a single branch. That's right, the light fixture was made from a single long branch. When examined closely, the details will take people's breath away. From the stripped bark still attached to the top of the light and spiralling out to form the warm lampshade to the split bottom that create a three-legged base.

Stripped by Floris Wubben maintains the original form of the branch as much as possible, to great effect. Especially perfect for the cottage, it goes in line with her past creations such as the Upside Down Chair.
