The Basement and New Balance Launch a Stone Grey 2002R

The basement works in collaboration with New Balance on a new tonal iteration of the classic 2002R sneaker model for the season with the Stone Grey colorway palette. The shoes are designed with a neutral palette and have hues of white, black, and grey throughout the entire silhouette.

The uppers are constructed from a waterproof heavy suede material with textured rubber to contrast. Black hues can be seen detailing the toe caps, the rigid sole unit foundation, and the heel guards. Bright accents are seen detailing the shoe as well with the application of 3M materials for a reflective look in the form of the 2002R branding and the varved panels at the sides and the toe boxes.
