Flexible Hotel Check-Ins

Starwood Hotels 'Your24' Service Allows Guests to Choose Their Times

The standard check-in times at most hotels don't work for everyone, which is why the Starwood Hotels 'Your24' program is certainly a creative way to enhance the hotel's loyalty program and reward regular guests who need more flexibility.

One of the new features of the hotel's Preferred Guests program, the Starwood Hotels 'Your24' service will allow preferred guests -- those who spend more than 75 nights at Starwood hotels per year -- a 24-hour check-in and check-out option. This means that guests can choose when they would like to check in and check out, without having to pay extra fees to do so. Such a service is especially advantageous for business travelers whose hectic schedules often don't allow for sticking to standard check-in times.

As vice president of global loyalty marketing for Starwood Gretchen Kloke says, "We were looking to redefine loyalty in an era where mega-travelers are more profitable than ever, and these travelers expect us to know them and to anticipate and address their needs. They crave more choice, more control and more personal service."
