Spice Grill Flame (SGF), the India-based vegetarian restaurant chain, is introducing a series of menu updates that will provide customers with a variety of meat-free options to elevate their meal.
The brand is introducing two categories including 100% Plant-Based Protein and Vegan, which are crafted using soy and respond to the changing preferences of consumers in India. This is particularly relevant with younger consumers with a recent study concluding that 46.5% of Gen Z students in India were receptive to the concept of switching to a plant-based diet, which is higher than Greek and British students.
Founder Mr. Kewal Ahuja spoke on the SGF menu updates saying, "SGF is moving toward an inviting future where health-conscious options meet culinary excellence with the launch of our new vegan menu. Each dish embodies our dedication to providing nutritious, plant-based options without compromising on the rich flavors that our customers love."
