Kelsey's Restaurants in Canada are Serving SPAMburgers for a Limited Time

The Hormel Foods International Corporation recently teamed up with Kelsey's restaurants in Canada to offer a SPAMburger hamburger on its menu for a limited time.

SPAM is a key component of the limited-edition SPAMburger—as the name of the burger suggests—which pairs two slices of SPAM with a fresh beef burger patty, sesame-glazed pineapple rings, fresh tomato, shredded lettuce and red onions. As SPAM was first introduced to consumers in the 30s, this new meat-centric summer menu item will be nostalgic for some consumers, as well as completely novel to others who may be new to the canned cooked meat product.

The SPAMburger will only be on the menu at Kelsey's restaurants in Canada for just a few more days until July 15th, as part of the national Burger Fest promotion.
