Robotic Solar Reflectors

The ‘SunnyBot’ Solar Tracker Lights Up Objects Using Natural

The ‘SunnyBot’ solar tracker is a robot that projects natural light onto a target. SunnyBot tracks the movement of the sun throughout the sky and directs sunlight onto an object. It works just like a task light but it doesn’t need to be plugged in and emits a warm, natural glow onto objects instead of using artificial light.

Natural light has the inherent ability to reduce humidity, mold, kill rogue bacteria and as a result, reduce unpleasant odors in the home. As well, natural light is extremely mood-lifting, especially for people who suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder when there is a lack of sunlight in the winter months. Although this Kickstarter project won’t be able to provide as much light in the winter, this solar tracker still brings warmth indoors.
