Fibrous Honeycombed Interiors

The SND Concept Store by 3GATTI is a Unique Retail World

The SND Concept Store is an innovative retail experience created by architecture firm 3GATTI, whose goal it was to leave as much floor space as possible for customers.

The ceiling of the SND Concept store is covered with 10,000 unique striped sheets of a thin white fiberglass that gives the space a ethereal feel, while also contributing to the design goal of creating a feeling of vast open space. The thousands of strips are machine cut and are fire resistant, while the dreamy space is also filled with mirrors to further open up the space.

A unique feature of this fascinating store is that the facade has been left mostly transparent in order to show off the intricate interior. The only furniture contained in the space are felt-covered simple cubicle volumes that can be used for multiple functions.
