WOW Air recently launched a program called 'SnapTravelers' that rewards creative Snapchat users with vacations as long as they agree to document their experience on the social media platform.
The SnapTravelers program is a contest that involves finding four social media-savvy individuals to document their travels on Snapchat. To enter, users simply need to create a two-minute Snapchat story that shows off their social media skills. Once the lucky four have been chosen, they will be sent on individual vacations to one of the Airline's 28 destinations. The cities will be chosen at random and travelers will be required to document their whole trip via Snapchat. The final videos will be posted to WOW Air's Snapchat account, as well as other social media platforms.
Similar to a program launched by Netflix, the SnapTravelers program serves as a clever way for brands to elevate their social media presence.
