This Small Space Solution Stylishly Defines Functionality

Graham Hill effectively fit eight rooms into a tiny 420 square foot New York City apartment, which was thoughtfully designed and thoroughly equipped as the ultimate small space solution. This flat in SoHo is the definition of efficient functionality.

It’s amazing how this small space is able to serve as a simplified version of a fully functioning apartment, using only half the average square footage. Fully equipped with housewares and furniture as well as floor to ceiling storage, this apartment feels less like a sacrifice and more like a luxury. Remarkably, this tiny living area is equipped with every amenity you would find in an average size apartment, but applied in a more creative way.

With this small space concept you are required to do a lot of pulling, opening, sliding and tucking in order to access some of the features, but for the most part the furniture is fully accessible in a matter of a few simple steps.

Some of my favorite features include the standing desk space, miniature dishwasher and collapsable guest room. The speakers built into the ceiling are a nice touch as well.
