Atomic Presented Its Hawx Ultra Connected Ski Boot at CES 2019

For CES 2019, Atomic released a new version of its immensely popular Hawx Ultra with connected technology, appropriately dubbed the Hawx Ultra Connected ski boot.

The all-new digital skiing concept was created with biomechanics experts from Salzburg University and Salzburg Research to deliver cutting-edge digital tracking and analysis capabilities. The smart ski boot works with Atomic's free mobile Connected App, which provides feedback on the slopes for an enhanced winter sports experience.

With the Hawx Ultra Connected ski boot, skiers are able to refine their skills by becoming aware of where they have room to adjust their technique with greater balance or pressure. With embedded force sensors in the liner of the ski boot, the Hawx Ultra Connected is able to deliver accurate feedback for a safer, more enjoyable experience in the snow.
