Hooked-On Cutlery Series

nendo Introduced Its New Skeleton Collection Reflecting X-Ray Visuals

Design studio nendo introduced its Skeleton collection full of minimalistic cutlery including knives, teaspoons, forks and spoons. The concept that the range embodies is absolute minimalism, it limits the amount of space it takes up whilst still maintaining its functional purpose. The visual design takes on the outline of its structure reflecting that of a skeletal x-ray but has a cut-out to allow it to hook onto other kitchen items. It can hook onto wall hangers, drying trays or the rim of a cup.

The Skeleton collection is made in four different colors -- gold, copper, black and silver -- and is all finished in a PVD coat in order to have anti-scratch elements and dirt-repellent surfaces. In addition to the cutlery, nendo also designed a stand and wall hook to display the minimalistic set.
