VIVA Chicken, the fast-growing Peruvian concept known for its hot and fresh rotisserie chicken, has just announced that it will be serving up sizzling sirloin for a limited time – just six weeks.
If you know much about Peruvian cuisine, you'll know that Lomo saltado – a dish featuring marinated strips of sirloin with onions – is a staple. In honor of this dish and as a homage to the brand's roots, VIVA Chicken will be serving up sizzling sirloin for a limited time. The tender steak can be enjoyed multiple different ways, including as a Cheesesteak, Steak Salad, or Steak Burrito. And of course, the brand will be serving up it's own take on Lomo saltado, which will consist of wok-seared sirloin steak with onions, tomatoes, cilantro, french fries, and jasmine rice.
