The days of unclear phone calls may soon be over thanks to an innovation called the Sgnl wristband that uses bone conduction to let users hear calls through their finger tips.
The device is a product of the South Korea-based startup, Innomdle Lab which derived from Samsung's incubator. After syncing the wearable with one's smart phone users are able to hear phone calls by holding their finger up to their ear. In addition to a phone, the band also serves as a fitness tracker and can inform wearers of incoming notifications. Able to be integrated into a user's existing smart accessories, the Sgnl wristband can be fitted to a wearer's watch.
The product will begin shipping to consumers in March.
