Sex Pistol and Dr. Martens join forces once again to deliver a collection of leather footwear designs inspired by punk culture. The latest effort showcases the low cut 1461 silhouette alongside the classic 1460 boot model -- both of which are carefully detailed with black and white graphic prints.
The visuals are a nod to the British rock band Bill Grundy incident that occurred in 1976. The 1461 model is complete in a full coat of newspaper headline prints throughout to capture the controversial appearance in television, where the band swore on-air. The shoe itself also features white laces, black heel pull, and round eyelets in black. The 1460 reads the words "GOD SAVE THE QUEEN" on the toe box with "Anarchy" on the bottom of the laces.
