Jonathan Levine's Octopus Lighting

Of all the beautiful creatures in the ocean, I am not sure why Jonathan LeVine's gallery decided that the octopus or squid would make a beautiful exhibit.

He says he was inspired by comic books and graffiti art as well as pop images. The sculpture of the tentacled creepy crawlers is Adam Wallacavage.

Some are moving lazily with the ocean currents, others are showing off their prey. Sudden urge for calamari overwhelms me.
