Samuel Ross Relaunches the Black British Artist Grant Program

Samuel Ross, the founder and Creative Director of A-COLD-WALL is relaunching the ‘Samuel Ross Black British Artist Grant Programme,’ a scholarship opportunity that is targeted at Black creatives in Britain. The fourth run of this program will include students in industrial design, graphic design, fine art, furniture, sculpture, and fashion design programs, helping them succeed in their respective industries.

Samuel Ross aims to provide opportunities to these students "where opportunity has been historically scarce for the Black British community." Selected applicants will receive a grant of £2,500 GBP (approx. $3,000 USD) to help further their careers. There are currently 10 spots open for the grant program, and the applications are open Aug 15, 2022 through August 29.
