Haunting Ballerina Fashion Videos

Saint Laurent Debuted its New Shoe in an Interpretive Video

Model Gracie Van Gastel tries her hand at interpretive hoola-hoop dancing in a new video for the Saint Laurent Ballerina flats. It’s hard to take your eyes of Van Gastel, clad in an almost infantile gingham dress, as she transfixes us with her slow, languid movements. The video is accompanied by a haunting track by Celemtine Creezy that complements it perfectly. It is the first of two videos that promote Saint Laurent shoes – the second of which features Lida Fox.

Both videos are entitled ‘Dance.’ The shoe Gastel wears in her video has a twist on the classic Ballerina Flat by adding double-straps for a Mary-Jane like feel. The shoes are the perfect complement to her collared dress and the melancholy vibe of the overall song and video.  Judging by Gastel’s dance moves, the shoes are stylish as well as comfortable.
