Best Buy Takes the Correct Safety Measures When Opening Its Doors

Best Buy opens up its doors once again but is taking on safety measures to ensure the health standards are met to protect customers and employees. Some of the rules set in place include mandatory protective gear for every single employee, provided by the store.

There will also be mandatory health checks of all its employees before every shift using an app developed by Best Buy. Social distancing is set in place and monitored by signs and further enforced by employees, with additional sanitation of areas and store surfaces after every interaction. The store is also launching in-store consultation to decrease the amount of overall interaction. Customers create an appointment online, by app, or by phone, confirm with a pre-call, enter the store, shop safely, and they are escorted out.
