This Whiskey Uses Ingredients That Are Farmed Regeneratively

Oxford Artisan Distillery, the first craft distillery in the British city of Oxford, has launched the latest avatar of its famous Oxford Rye Whiskey in the form of a bottle dubbed Red Red Rye.

One of the standout features of this particular rye whiskey is the fact that it makes use of sustainable and responsible farming processes. All the grains used in the making of this whiskey are grown sustainably and without the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Not only does this result in a rich crop of heritage rye and wheat strains, it also results in a thriving ecosystem of insects, birds and wildflowers.

Elsewhere, this rye whiskey goes through American oak casks and three sweet wine casks, giving it its unique and instantly recognizable flavor.
