The carefree essence of summer is infused into Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts' first-ever rosé sorbet, which was created in collaboration with social media chef and tastemaker Meredith Hayden. This rosé-infused sorbet was inspired by Whispering Angel rosè, and it's said to be best enjoyed in the sun, ideally at golden hour.

Another inspiration for this treat was the decadence of caviar ice baths and the cocktail sidecar, and it's served in a custom-designed Sorbet Sidecar, seated next to a stemless wine glass filled with rosé for sipping.

This refreshing and exclusive summer treat can be enjoyed at more than 30 Le Méridien properties around the world, including Le Méridien Salt Lake City Downtown and Le Méridien Melbourne. This sorbet debut is part of the brand's year-round signature Le Scoop offering.
