The Rocha Apartment by Colombo Serboli is a refurbished vacation home that is located in the heart of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

The bright and open interior measures 170m² with 10m² of terrace space. Before its start, this project called for a transformation of its previously neglected and cramped dwelling that needed a boost of freshness and simplicity.

The result is an all-white space that is accented with natural brick materials and plywood wall panels. The aparment's wooden panels extend to its terrace and are used to display a variety of plants and flowers that bring the outdoors in.

Morever, the Rocha Apartment also features colored glass and tile finishes in its bedroom and bathroom areas that also embody its continuous aesthetic of clean minimalism.
