BBC Architects created the Riverside Residential area in Pingtung County, Taiwan. These condos are located right beside the Ming-Chih River, giving each unit a unique view. The design team created a spatial design with an open sight view that makes each condo look way bigger than its actual size.
The architectural layout fits in to the typical urban house style in classic Taiwan culture, but offers one-of-a-kind design features. With a long shape, the designers decided to use party walls, keeping the structural integrity while allow in as much light as possible. The color scheme which includes light gray, white and light blue, gives the Riverside Residential condos a calming look to contrast the surrounding city.
