Modern Riverside Cabins

The Virginia Cabin by 3north Features a Bright and Glassy Corner

Perhaps the most stunning feature of the modern riverside cabin by 3north is the structure's double-height fully glazed corner that reveals a beautiful view of the waterfront scenery in Virginia. The architectural studio's mission was to create a contemporary dwelling that featured "an open living area, modestly sized master suite and thoughtful storage options." 3north exceptionally curated the riverside cabin's space by creating a double-height kitchen, living and dining room, while the bedroom is located in a smaller nook on the partial second floor and it can be reached through a flight of metal stairs.

The glassed window section incorporates pivoting doors that, when opened, allow the riverside cabin to extend to the outdoor space. Ultimately, it fosters the best possible exposure to light and nature for its residents.
