Portland, Oregon-based Ecliptic Brewing has gone ahead and launched a delicious Japanese-style rice lager with the infusion of jasmine adding a marvelously satisfying and subtly floral kick.

Released as part of the Moon Room Series, which aims to celebrate the opening of Ecliptic's new location, this particular rice lager was crafted with rice, which gives the beer a light body and hue, while the inclusion of pilsner malt and Adeena hops helping to round out the foundational flavor.
