These Handcrafted Wooden Knives Are Made from Salvaged Wood

These stunning handcrafted reclaimed wood knives are made by Chelsea Miller, who creates the intricate, stunning pieces from reclaimed wood salvaged from her family's Vermont farm. The results are a selection of high quality knives that double as decorative wonders.

Taking up the craft in 2011, Miller sells them under her brand, Chelsea Miller Knives, and crafts the blades from horse shoe rasps. Given the unique origins of the metal for the blades, each knife has a unique texture that is ideal for grating ingredients such as cheese, garlic or ginger.

The stunning pieces are created as one-offs and are sold on a first come, first serve basis through her website, meaning they are pretty hard to get a hold of as they sell out rather quickly.
