Interactive Pork Campaigns

Quebec Hog Farmers' New Campaign Promotes the Versatility of Pork

Quebec Hog Farmers is an agricultural association that has created interactive marketing displays in two of Montreal's busiest train stations. The aim of the project is to promote the versatility of pork and increase its use in easy everyday recipes. As people walk through the station on their way home, they will have the chance to strip off these take-away recipes.

The campaign will include a mural, digital billboard, wraparound columns and wallscapes. Recipes given out were made by chef Stéfano Faita, the host of CBC’s In the Kitchen with Stéfano Faita. Quebec Hog Farmers thought that this method of advertising was the best way to promote the use of pork, as many people on their way home are already thinking about what to cook for dinner.
