Punchh's AI Chatbot Introduces the Next Generation of Loyalty Programs

Punchh is a provider of cloud-based technologies for the restaurant industry that help to build engagement and loyalty. Some brands that currently use Punchh's offerings include El Pollo Loco, Moe's and Quiznos.

Recently, Punchh introduced that it will be helping to take restaurant rewards programs to the next level with its newest product, an artificially intelligent chatbot that helps customers order food, as well as earn and redeem points simply by using messenger apps. Soon, consumers will be able to use Facebook Messenger and Amazon's Alexa to make purchases, give feedback, take surveys, play games and earn points.
