The conceptual 'Promenade' heater has been designed by Jaeyong Lee as a wireless heating solution for the home that will enable inhabitants to fine-tune their warming capabilities.
The system consists of U-shaped rods that hide heating coils within that can be positioned onto the base for warming an environment as a singular unit or broken up into individual heaters for different rooms. A wheel system on the bottom of each heating rod allows for easy movement around a space, while an ambient light lets users know it's in use.
The conceptual 'Promenade' heater was explained by Lee to Yanko Design: "Promenade has the meaning of walking. The promenade can be moved together when the user moves to the desired space. This will provide enough functionality and aesthetics to warm the user’s emotions"
