This perilous-looking viewing platform is located at a staggering height of 3200m in Tyrol, Austria. The outlook, which was finished in September 2008, projects brave observers 9 meters into thin air--literally. Designed by Astearchitecture, an architectural firm from Innsbruck, the structure is located on Mount Isidor.
It appears from the photos to be an extremely popular attraction; even through blowing snow and frigid temperatures, spectators are drawn to the fantastic panoramas.
Although the ramp is safely fixed into the mountainous rock with anchors set into a concrete foundation, I can definitely say that I would not be caught dead up there in the winter!
