One-Day Designer Exhibits

The Prada '24 h Museum' is a Quick & Elegant Installation

For those of you in Paris this week, today's your lucky day -- as you will get the chance to visit the Prada '24 h Museum.' Created by Francesco Vezzoli in collaboration with AMO, the exhibit is a limited, one-day-only event.

The fast and fashionable Baroque festival, which will take place at the historial Palais d'Iéna, is a "new project of visual and linguistic experimentation," describes the Prada 24 h Museum website. According to SassiSam, the installation by AMO will be divided into 'historic,' 'contemporary' and 'forgotten,' which denote the different types of museum spaces.

The exhibition will run for 24 hours on Jan. 24, kicking off with an invitation-only dinner, after which the exhibit will turn into a "disco-club." From 7 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. the next day, the exhibit will be open to the public.
