This Power Ball party was an exclusive event that welcomed guests into a fun house-like venue. Sponsored by MaxMara, the event combined fashion and art, which was on display for an exclusive celebrity-filled guest list.
The initial entry room was covered with an edible art display presented by Jennifer Rubell. The unique artwork consumed the room with "excessively over-sized slabs of cheese, drawers of potatoes and loaves of bread tossed to party-goers." The most creative part of the display was the the food presented on sticks, which were being served to guests by floating hands arising from the tables.
Proceeding throughout the rest of the venue there was an interesting photography series of by William Wegman, which features a coat-wearing dog. In addition, there was a playful ball pit that occupied the child-spirited adults and created unique photo opportunities. The surreal Power Ball event was a creative display of art and fashion in one cohesive venue.
