Soda Brand Dining Pop-Ups

The Vanilla Kitchen is a Pop-Up Dining Experience from Pepsi

To build excitement around the release of Pepsi Max Vanilla earlier this year in Australia, Pepsi created a pop-up dining experience called 'The Vanilla Kitchen.'

Set up at The Old Rum Store in Sydney for just one weekend only, The Vanilla Kitchen was created to "push the limits of vanilla and take attendees on "the ultimate culinary journey." As such, Pepsi worked with three leading Australian chefs and a mixologist to create a showstopping three-course menu with complementary cocktails. Upon signing up for the event, ticket-holders were also able to request non-alcoholic or vegetarian menu items.

As well as hosting two 1.5-hour evening dinner sessions daily, the brand also offered two one-hour lunch spots, as well as a partnership with Deliveroo for those who could not attend The Vanilla Kitchen event in person.
