The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra recently collaborated with Urban Artifact on 'Plum Beethoven,' a tart new beer that pays tribute to the work of the legendary composer. The introduction of the new beer is meant to help kick off 'Beethoven Revolution,' a new three-year series from the symphony.

The collaborative beer is meant to be enjoyed before and during musical performances and may also be taken home in cans following events held at the Music Hall. Plum Beethoven may also be found at Urban Artifact’s taproom and through select retail partners.
