Luxe Elongated Restaurants

The Plum and Toro Restaurant Stands Out with a Modern Design and Menu

Singapore-based architects Brewin Design Office created the new Pum and Toro restaurant -- a fresh new dining experience that features high-end decor and cuisine options.

The designers created a peanut-shaped space with a book-ended long teak counter at one end and a main dining room at the other. The elongated space is covered in mirrors and sleek timber screens, using natural hues that reference a green, marble, whitewashed oak and solid teak tile palette. The chef decided to add only seasonal menu options to promote sustainable and fresh cuisine for both locals and tourists.

Finishing off the new Plum and Toro restaurant is the outdoor terrace that expands to accommodate numerous guests at once while offering views of the river and sunset.
