Players World Kitchen has been developed by Oscar Mayer as a series of chilled meals created thanks to a partnership that celebrates performance and equity in sport.
The meal range was developed with the guidance of elite women's rugby players who provided inspiration from their favorite home-cooked dishes as well as their essential training foods. The meal range includes the Chicken, Chorizo & Prawn Paella, Slow Cooked Beef Ragu Pasta and the Greek Style Chicken & Lamb with Vegetable Pilaf created by Carys Cox, Poppy Cleall and Maud Muir, respectively.
Oscar Mayer CEO Ian Toal spoke on the Players World Kitchen meal range saying, "What a better way to kick off the brand by supporting women’s rugby and giving something back into a burgeoning women’s sport. It was great to have the athletes at Oscar Mayer HQ working with our chef development teams in creating these flavoursome dishes. We really hope that shoppers will be delighted to try them out once they arrive in store, safe in the knowledge that they taste great and also are giving something back to support women’s rugby."
