Plant Nation Makes Elevated Options Out of a Virtual Kitchen

Plant Nation is the newest delivery-only restaurant concept from C3 and it offers elevated plant-based options in Los Angeles. With high-quality, sustainable ingredients, Plant Nation offers a wide range of lunch and dinner menu items like pizzas, sandwiches, salads and sides. Appealing to the foodie community in general, Plant Nation offers plant-based meat alternatives from leading companies and meals with fun names like Queen Supreme and HOLY G.O.A.T.

C3 recently launched Sam's Crispy Chicken and Krispy Rice also as delivery-only concepts at a time when dine-in eating has been nonexistent for a few months and delivery and takeaway options temporarily became the default.

As C3's Chief Culinary Officer Martin Heierling puts it, "Vegetarian food has gone mainstream—with the online food delivery segment up 30% this year alone, Plant Nation is the perfect platform to show our guests how we use modern culinary techniques to create a memorable and seemingly indulgent experience."
