Pick & Cheese is a dining experience created by The Cheese Bar in West London at the Seven Dials Market for artisanal cheese lovers to try out when looking for a distinctive way to try new varieties. The restaurant utilizes the conveyor belt format used in Japanese kaiten sushi restaurants and will provide diners with a less intimidating way to try different cheeses. The idea came to owner Matthew Carver when reading about the way that the conveyor belt concept can help guests feel more relaxed when trying new options.

Pick & Cheese provides an array of cheeses, but also offers a range of accoutrements alongside them and small producer wines off the belt for pairing. Diners can identify the items in their price range thanks to a color-coded system, while Wednesdays feature an all-you-can-eat special priced at £25 for 75-minutes of unlimited cheese and charcuterie.
