Dairy Queen’s New Piñata Party Blizzard Has a Surprise on the Inside

Dairy Queen is about to celebrate a big milestone and the chain wants to mark the occasion with its new Piñata Party Blizzard.

Just as the name suggests, Dairy Queen's new Piñata Party Blizzard is inspired by the papier-mâché party decorations filled with candy and toys. Dairy Queen's version is bright pink and consists of the chain's vanilla soft-serve blended with cake pieces, cake batter pieces, and icing. And just like a piñata, the center of the ice cream treat is filled with a special surprise. When you dig your spoon in, you'll find pink, blue, and white-speckled stars made of icing. The whole ice cream treat is then finished with whipped cream and colorful confetti candy bits on top.

Designed to celebrate Dairy Queen's 80th birthday, the new Blizzard will be available from June 18 to 21, 2020.
