Pete Pharma, a Phoenix R&D startup, launched a 3D-printed pharmaceutical offering for independent pharmacies, featuring the M3DIMAKER platform distributed via a new group purchase organization (GPO) channel. The deal positions Pete Pharma as the primary supplier of 3D printing infrastructure and related materials to Atrium24’s member network.
The agreement builds on Pete Pharma’s September 2025 distribution tie-up with FABRX, maker of the M3DIMAKER 3D printer, and integrates printing hardware, formulation support and supply agreements into Atrium24’s Dotti platform. Atrium24 will negotiate pricing and onboarding for pharmacies, enabling bundled procurement and service access across the nationwide GPO.
For consumers, the move could expand local compounding capabilities by bringing on-demand, custom-dosage manufacturing to neighborhood pharmacies, improving convenience and personalization. By lowering adoption barriers for independents, the partnership signals a practical commercialization path for additive manufacturing in pharmacy compounding.
