'The Patrón Experience' is a newly released augmented reality platform that gives iPhone users the chance to look inside the Hacienda Patrón distillery and learn about how the ultra-premium tequila is aged.

The app is powered by Apple’s latest iOS 11 update and the Apple’s ARKit, making it possible for iPhone users to become fully immersed in a dynamic AR world.

With The Patrón Experience, fans are able to discover how the brand's Patrón Silver, Patrón Reposado, Patrón Añejo and the new Patrón Extra Añejo are produced. The journey begins with a Weber Blue Agave plant, which is planted and sprouted before one's eyes. Throughout the fantastical experience, users encounter life-size bottles of Patrón and are led through the experience by a bartender.
