The Parinee Tower is Designed for Bollywood

Mumbai isn't too well known for its architecture, but that could all change once the Parinee Tower is built. Designed by James Law Cybertecture, the Parinee Tower is designed to house a multitude of businesses, with the biggest star (pun intended) being the Indian film industry.

The Parinee Tower is being more or less built to cater to Bollywood, which means that it is going to be built in the biggest and brightest Indian city, Mumbai. The tower has a unique design that sees each and every section of the facade segmented into triangles of all shapes and sizes. Some triangles are covered in glass while others are open-air with the most interesting triangles housing massive LED screens designed to promote films. While I don't ever expect Bollywood to surpass Hollywood in terms of star power, they seem to be making huge strides when it comes to their architecture. The Hollywood sign is nothing compared to Parinee Tower.
