Google Updates Assistant with New Parental Controls

Google rolls out new parental controls for its new Assistant in order to create a more child-centric response during use. It has an update that allows parents to disable some Assistant features as well, creating restrictions on certain services that children are able to use and also establishing some more downtime hours. It can stop kids from making calls or even limit then from watching YouTube kids on the Nest Hub.

The controls are launching in the coming weeks through Google Assistant, Family Links, and Google Home for iOS and Android. it is also available in the Assistant settings through the children's accounts. It is also adding a Kid's Dictionary to help with answering age-centric answers on mobile devices, displays, and speakers.
