There's something glistening in the garden, and it's the work of Italian designer Paola Navone. In a glass art installation titled 'The Secret Garden,' Navone produces an exhibition that illuminates the night. Located in Milan, this garden came with brightly colored blue enclaves made from weaving 11,000 hazelnut branches that houses glistening hand-blown glass chandeliers. Inside these each hut is a world of sparkling glass that is almost like a fairy tale; there are small openings where viewers can peer in and get hypnotized by the glittering effects.
Outside the huts are additional glass art that sits on the grass, showcasing a collection of well-crafted glass work. Guiding visitors through the dark garden is a playful line of small human glass figures holding up a light, serving as a much more sleek, stylish version of your run-of-the-mill garden gnome.
