Now, this might sound strange since you're most likely accustomed to seeing a tank on a toilet, but the Panasonic Arauno V has been designed so that the toilet collects water directly from the house's water supply instead of from a tank. Further, the Panasonic Arauno V's bowl is "engineered like a tornado to cleanly circulate waste down the drain," describes Jetson Green.
One of the advantages of a tankless toilet like this is that they're perfect for smaller living spaces, which are inevitable in today's steadily growing urban areas. Panasonic has even designed a model that features a built-in sink, providing further space-saving benefits. What's more, the Panasonic Arauno V is eco-friendly -- it's made with an "organic glass-based material" and will conserve about 0.8 gallons of water every time it's flushed.
