'Out of My League' is a Collaboration Between the MLB and AwesomenessTV

Major League Baseball and YouTube production giant AwesomenessTV have teamed up to create 'Out of My League,' a scripted series about baseball and dating. Set to debut on September 19th, the series features famous YouTubers (with an appearance by an actual MLB player) and was shot in and around the historic Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

The cast of the series includes Lauren Elizabeth Luthringshausen, a "digital influencer," as the leading female role and Brian Redmon, a successful YouTuber, as the leading male part. In the show, Luthringshausen plays a Dodgers-obsessive who Redmon, completely ignorant to baseball, is trying to court.

The LA Dodgers star young outfielder Joc Pederson also makes a cameo in the series thanks to the MLB's cooperation.
