Re:FRAMED is a Group of Eight Artists Who Created 'Our Towns: Climate'

Our Towns: Climate is a public art project put together by eight artists. The artists are operating together as Re:FRAMED, a group of painters tasked to deliver social good through large-scale murals and smaller painted works across Sussex.

The group's pieces consider some of today's most pressing issues through the lens of local art. Environmental issues and social justice are the focus of Re:FRAMED. One featured piece features a glitched technicolor horse to illustrate technology's impact on the environment.

The public art project extends beyond the artists' collective commentary murals. Our Towns: Climate also includes in-person programming. Workshops, tours, and live artmaking will begin on September 11, 2021. Interested participants can follow the program's progress through Re:FRAMED's Instagram.
