In partnership with Nuance Communications, Domino's is testing a new voice ordering platform on Android and iOS apps.

The platform features a human-like virtual assistant that will be able to take your order in a natural, conversational way. The feature is currently in beta mode, but a download of either the latest Android or Apple update should bring up this feature. Since customer service can be pretty touch and go when technology takes the place of a human, it should be interesting to see how the new voice ordering app holds up to other ways of ordering pizza.
