The 'OO Stool' Can be Assembled without the Need for Screws

The 'OO Stool' is an eco-friendly furniture design by S Mate Olah of 56 Hours that highlights a clever aesthetic to accommodate those seeking out a sustainable seating solution. The stool is compromised of bamboo pieces that are intended to be interconnected with one another thanks to a jigsaw puzzle-like design. The seat doesn't require any screws, glue or nails to be put together and instead takes Japanese joinery techniques into account to make the most of a small number of pieces.

The 'OO Stool' also comes with a bamboo hammer that can be used for tapping the pieces into place to further alleviate the need for tools. The flatpack design of the stool also enables users to disassemble the seat for easily transportation between locations.
