Vans works in collaboration with premium chicken and waffles restaurant Sweet Chick on the Off The Waffle sneaker pack. The duo is exclusively releasing the pack at Foot Locker and it spotlights two signature silhouettes -- the Slip-On and the Era. The uppers of both sneaker designs are simplistic, highlighting the iconic waffle sole of the models.
The uppers are made from suede and canvas materials in the light hues of white and light gray before it is hit with Sweet Chick's branding motifs at the back. The waffle outsoles are accented with a light teal stripe adorned with the locations of the restaurant in both Los Angeles and New York. The laces nod to the restaurant as well, with co-branding details showcased on the teal heel plates and the insoles.
