Norwalk Brew House and Don Clemente Lotería teamed up to bring imagery from a classic Mexican game to craft beer.
Lotería is a traditional Mexican game of chance, similar to bingo, played with a deck of cards adorned with colorful illustrations representing different characters, objects and concepts. Players mark off matching cards on their boards as a designated caller randomly selects and announces cards from the deck until someone completes a winning pattern. While every family plays the game a little bit differently, these colorful cans are nostalgic and supportive of positive narratives.
The first can in this collection depicts "La Mano" with a vibrant label designed by artist Blanca Molina. This thoughtful collaboration is introducing Don Clemente Lotería to a Latino craft beer audience.
